What is Stamps?

It is a full Sales, SaaS platform, including native mobile apps (Android and iOS) and a web-based back-end, designed to expand the reach of all retailers.

What is SaaS?

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is a software licensing model in which access to the software is provided on a subscription basis, with the software being located on external servers rather than on servers located in-house.

Do I fully own the product once it’s been setup?

Because Stamps is setup as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, your app would be published and hosted under CSB Tech Emporium. As such, should you decide to not continue your subscription, your app will be locked, but can be reactivated at any time.

How long does it take to get setup?

It depends on what features you, the client, would like your custom version of Stamps to contain. Before committing, we will discuss this with you. Generally, our setup time is 2 weeks.

How long are your contracts?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation.

What if I want to change plans for Database Maintenance?

It’s quick and easy to switch between our different pricing plans. Contact us, and we’ll get you sorted out!

What payment gateways can my app support?

Our showcase demo uses PayPal, but we can integrate any payment gateway of your choosing, including Stripe, Bank Merchant Accounts, etc.

What if I don’t want to accept online payments?

Cash on Delivery (COD), Check, and Bank Wire Transfer options can also be made available as Payment Methods within the Cart of your app.

Would I be able to manage my own products?

Yes. Stamps is designed to provide you with a structured approach to managing your company’s inventory. You will be able to manage your Products via the web-based Dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription to Stamps?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please contact the Support Team, and you will be sorted out. Plan Cancellations come into effect the following month after the request is made.

Can I get a refund?

Not at this time! It is recommended that you let us know if you have any issues with the platform before deciding to end your subscription.

Is my information secure?

Completely. Your data is encrypted and sent via a secure SSL connection, so you never have to worry about your private details going public.

Do I have to manage my own Hosting?

No, not at all! The Stamps dev team will be responsible for maintaining your Hosting, as your app will be published under CSB Tech Emporium.
